This Friday Sky Sports stated that West Ham had agreed with Benfica on midfielder Gedson Fernandes, but the saga is reportedly not over.
According to Sky, Tottenham have also made a bid on the Portuguese to replace injured Moussa Sissoko.
The bid should – like West Ham – be a 18-month loan agrement, and now it is apparently up to Gedson Fernandes to choose which club he wants.
Chelsea have bid for an 18-month contract as well with an option to buy, so it is not yet clear where the midfielder will end up.
