Rumors about Martin Braithwaite and Barcelona are growing, and the Spanish media Sport, now announces that the Danish international striker will be presented Wednesday.
Barcelona have reportedly committed to spend €18 million to buy Martin Braithwaite free, and according to Sport, the Dane will receive a contract that expires in the summer of 2023.
The media also writes that it is manager Quique Setien who personally wanted Martin Braithwaite to join the club.
Barcelona have been granted a derogation to buy a player in Spain because immediately after the transfer window’s closing, Ousmane Dembele was injured and later reported out for six months.

The Danish striker has been in Leganes since January last year. The first six months Braithwaite was on loan from Middlesbrough, which sold him to the Spanish club this summer.
He has previously played in Bordeaux, Toulouse and Esbjerg. In his youth he played at the FC Midtjylland academy in Denmark.
